We offer plasma and autogenous cutting service.

We have a ZINSER 2425-N machine, which has one plasma torch, 2 autogenous torches, a CNC turntable and a table of 2500 mm x 14250 mm.

We have the ability to cut:

carbon steel sheets in thicknesses: 3mm - 30mm by plasma method,
carbon steel sheets in thicknesses: 30mm - 150mm by autogenous method,
stainless steel sheets in thicknesses: 3mm - 25mm.

It is possible to bend sheet metal up to 4000mm long and up to 12mm thick on a press brake.

Bending of elements is carried out on the basis of documentation provided by the customer, or developed by our designers / technologists.

We perform sheet rolling using CNC horizontal rollers type 4RH 13/5; 3100 x 300 mm in diameter, 0.5-100 mm in thickness, over a length of 500-6000 mm

We carry out blasting (shot blasting) of carbon steel structures to a cleanliness degree of Sa 2 ½ , Sa 3 according to EN ISO 8501-1 in a blasting cabin (double-walled) with maximum dimensions: length x width x height: 15m x 6m x 5m.

Our offer also includes blasting of stainless steel with non-metallic abrasive, using, among others, glass microspheres (so-called glazing), garnet (so-called sandblasting).

FINOW POLSKA offers professional anti-corrosion protection of structures with painting systems in accordance with EN ISO 12944-5 and special requirements of clients. We have a double-chamber paint booth with dimensions L x W x H: 16.8m x 9m x 6m. 

Corrosion protection work is supervised by experienced FROSIO Level III certified personnel and certified quality controllers of anti-corrosion coatings.
Painting operations are carried out by employees with many years of experience in painting steel structures.
We have high-quality equipment for paint application by hydrodynamic and pneumatic methods.
We perform anti-corrosion protection with liquid paints of structures:
- of carbon steels
- of stainless steel
- galvanized.
We work with well-known domestic and foreign paint manufacturers, such as: Carboline, Hempel, International Paint, Jotun, PPG, Teknos.
