Whistleblower protection

The functioning of the whistleblower protection system in FINOW POLSKA Sp. z o.o. is based on the "Internal reporting procedure specifying the rules for reporting violations of law, taking follow-up actions and protecting whistleblowers (persons reporting violations of law)". This procedure:

• enables confidential reporting,

• guarantees impartial and timely consideration of the report and taking follow-up action with due diligence,

• ensures protection of persons making reports and persons associated with them against retaliatory actions.

Based on the provisions of the aforementioned Procedure, anonymous reports will not be considered.
