In 2023, our FINOW POLSKA Sp. z o.o. production workshop was equipped with a turnkey welding automation station using a Doosan M0617 collaborative robot with a reach of 1700 mm and an EWM welding kit. The stand enables rapid start-up of automated production of welded parts. Thanks to a unique feature of the Cobot, rapid programming of welding trajectories is possible. The size of the installed robot, dedicates the solution to the automation of welding on standard welding tables or welding jigs with the appropriate tooling.
The use of an industrial collaborative robot makes it possible to achieve greater precision and productivity in the welding work performed, which is impossible to achieve with human hands. The workstation, created on the basis of our designs, has the necessary improvements, determining greater efficiency in production.
