Starting work of the new machine MultiProfiler 3D

Last week, we launched a new robotic profile cutting line MultiProfiler 3D by STIGAL.

Multiprofiler 3D is an example of a professional, multi-functional machine for cutting sections and profiles from carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Used in the machine of plasma cutting technology allows for:

• cutting,
• making holes,
• chamfering,
• scribing,
• marking,
• engraving.

The main advantage of this machine, apart from cutting, is the simultaneous execution of chamfer for welding, which eliminates scribing, manual flame cutting or grinding operations.

The implementation of an automated line for cutting of sections and closed profiles is a significant step for us towards modernization and optimization of production processes. It will ensure not only increased efficiency and improved product quality, but also better use of human resources and, ultimately, reduction of production costs.
