Study visits of young people

We would like to inform, that from November to December 2024, took place at FINOW POLSKA Sp. z o.o, the first study visits of six groups of young people from secondary schools from Ostrowiec, organized by the Local Development Center (CRL) in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski,.

The aim of the project is to familiarize young people with the existing labor market in the Ostrowiec city, by visiting an organization/enterprise, getting to know its business profile and functioning, its offer and the secret of success 😉.

During the visits, young people with their guardians/teachers and representatives of the Local Development Center (CRL),  had the opportunity to learn about the history of company FINOW POLSKA Sp. z o. o., the specificity of its work, as well as the key departments for the operation of the company.

During the study visits, the participants were presented and discussed the history of the company FINOW POLSKA Sp. z o.o., along with implemented key projects.

The culminating point was the participants' visit to the FINOW POLSKA production halls, where they had the opportunity to see the specifications and scope of its work first hand/in person.
